As an Events Strategy Program Manager on our Development team, you will help build and lead the program-management capability behind a growing portfolio of high-impact, in-person experiences. You will translate strategy into an operating model that enables senior leaders and cross-functional teams to make sound decisions, prioritize the right opportunities, and move complex work from concept through evaluation. This is a builder role for someone who can create clarity in ambiguity, establish scalable systems and governance, and influence stakeholders without relying on formal authority. If successful, you will strengthen how we plan, coordinate, measure, and continually improve experiences that deepen partner relationships and advance fundraising outcomes.

100000 - 150000 USD a year
For this role, the anticipated base salary range is $100,000-$150,000 per year. This role may also be eligible for additional bonus compensation designed to align total compensation with an employee’s overall contribution to the organization.

Compensation decisions are informed by a variety of factors, including relevant experience, capabilities, demonstrated skills, role responsibilities, and expected contribution. Consistent with this approach, base salary may vary within or outside of the anticipated range based on these considerations.
