Job summary

Sensi.AI is seeking an Events Manager to own the end-to-end planning and execution of our growing events program, from industry conferences to customer events. You will translate business goals into memorable experiences that strengthen relationships, elevate the brand, and drive growth.

This hands-on role requires superb project management, vendor negotiations, on-site leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Growth, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in event management or related customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events and complex logistics in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience managing event budgets and vendor contracts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage customers and executives.
• Willingness to travel approximately once per month for on-site events.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a portfolio of company-hosted and third-party events from planning to post-event wrap-up.
• Align events with Sales, Growth, and Marketing to support pipeline and brand visibility.
• Manage event budgets, negotiate pricing, and maximize impact.
• Source and manage venues, production, catering, AV, and other partners.
• Develop detailed event plans, timelines, risk mitigation, and contingency strategies.
• Coordinate across internal teams to ensure readiness for events.
• Lead on-site engagement with customers and executives.
• Evaluate outcomes and drive continuous improvement of event operations.
