Job summary

Synergy HomeCare is seeking a Strategic Events & Client Relations Coordinator to expand our community reach and build trust-based relationships with families, referral sources, and partners to help individuals age in place.

Your role includes creating, maintaining, and growing partnerships and increasing revenue by signing up potential clients, while delivering live events such as health fairs and networking activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of outside sales, event planning, or similar responsibilities.
• Proven success in building relationships that contribute to revenue goals.
• Strong listening and communication skills; ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live events and engagement activities (networking groups, health fairs, outreach).
• Cultivate relationships with referral sources and community partners.
• Maintain contacts database, track sales activities and report results.
• Conduct presentations, meetings, calls, and events to share information about Synergy HomeCare.
• Conduct in-home assessments and sign clients.
• Support and grow presence in three key geographic areas.
