Atrium Embassy Suites in Franklin, TN is seeking an experienced events professional to coordinate banquet operations, manage contracts, and drive revenue through upselling. You will collaborate with clients to design unforgettable experiences and oversee payments and invoicing for accuracy.

The role requires 2+ years in event services, strong tech skills with BEOs, diagrams, and CRM systems, and an adaptable, communication-driven approach to complex events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of event services experience.
• Strong technology skills with BEOs, diagramming tools, and CRM systems.
• Flexible and adaptable – events don’t follow a 9-5 schedule.
• Exceptional communicator with clear, calming communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to craft unforgettable event experiences.
• Lead banquet coordination by managing timely BEO creation and distribution.
• Drive revenue through upselling and proactive client communication.
• Monitor guestroom blocks and ensure contracts stay on track to avoid attrition charges.
• Manage payments from start to finish with clear invoicing.
• Lead site tours and participate in pre/post-event meetings and execution.
• Support Sales and Marketing with activities and revenue checks.
