Curated Events is seeking an Account Manager in Covington, LA. You’ll be the primary client partner from concept to event execution, translating goals into proposals, production plans, and successful events.

You will collaborate with creative, technical, and operations teams while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. You’ll own client communications, build relationships, develop Vectorworks-based drawings, and coordinate across producers, designers, and staff to deliver on

Qualifications

• Two-plus years in account management, client service, or project management in event production or related field.
• Experience with Vectorworks, AutoCAD, or Microsoft Visio.
• Strong knowledge of live event production including AV, staging, logistics, and production services.
• Experience with live-event power distribution, rigging, and audio/light/video system installation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and collaborate with clients, vendors, and teams at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, managing daily communication and project updates.
• Build enduring client relationships by understanding event objectives and production needs.
• Develop and present Vectorworks-based drawings to communicate vision and production value.
• Coordinate with production, creative, logistics, and technical teams to create actionable event plans.
• Draft timelines, run-of-show documents, and production schedules; monitor quality and delivery.
