Job summary

TAG USA is seeking a full-time Event and Delegate Registration Manager in Nashville to support our growing Events department. You will handle end-to-end delegate registration, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain strong client relationships across VIP, corporate, and entertainment accounts.

You will collaborate with the Event Director on large-scale events, manage budgets, and craft proposals using Photoshop/Canva to elevate client presentations. Weekend/on-call coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Delegate Registration experience (CVENT preferred).
• Experience handling VIP, Corporate, and Entertainment clients.
• Experience working with budgets of $500k+ and writing proposals.
• 4 years of experience within the event industry (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide a complete and comprehensive website delegate registration service with a proactive and consultative approach.
• Manage multiple events simultaneously and assist with larger events while delivering high standards.
• Work with the Event Director and Senior Event Manager on larger scale events.
• Negotiate the best rates from suppliers to maximize savings and profitability.
• Generate new business for events and website delegate registration within all TAG offices.
• Manage the iHeart account, including builds, reporting, guest communication, and improvements to delegate registration.
• Prepare proposals using Photoshop, Canva and other tools to raise proposal standards.
• Train, monitor standards, and advise other website delegate registration users.
• Cover for absent team members and ensure smooth department operations.
• Suggest ideas to improve department functionality and practices.
• Respond to, process, and complete tasks promptly and accurately.
