Job summary

TAG Group in Nashville, TN, is seeking a full-time Event and Delegate Registration Manager to support our growing Events department. You will collaborate with our global teams to deliver a proactive, personalized delegate registration service for high-profile clients.

You will work with the Event Director and Senior Event Manager on larger-scale events, negotiate rates with suppliers, and contribute to maximizing client value while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in the event industry (events agency preferred).
• Delegate Registration experience (CVENT preferred).
• Experience handling VIP, Corporate, and Entertainment clients.
• Experience working with budgets up to $500k and writing proposals.

Responsibilities

• Provide a complete and comprehensive website delegate registration service with a proactive and consultative approach.
• Manage a variety of events simultaneously and assist with larger events while delivering the highest standards with a personalized and individual approach to each client.
• Work alongside the Event Director and Senior Event Manager to assist on larger scale events.
• Negotiate the best rates from suppliers and actively seek to maximize savings, reduce client expenditure, and increase company profitability.
• Actively participate in generating new business for the events and website delegate registration service within all TAG offices.
• Manage the iHeart account, including all builds, reporting, guest communication, and improvements to delegate registration.
