Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Four years of related experience; additional experience may substitute.
• Experience in event planning and coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events and staff support activities.
• Prepare invitations, communications, and event materials.
• Create and distribute print and digital communications for events.
• Maintain departmental communication tools and websites.
• Proficient use of event tech platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, CRM).
• Interact daily with stakeholders including university leaders and community members.
• Assist with a variety of events and adapt to changing priorities.
