Marvel Marketers is seeking an experienced Event Program Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact events and executive programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–8+ years of experience in event program management, experiential marketing, or related program management roles.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Independently own significant workstreams across events, executive programs, conferences, summits, and related experiences.
• Translate high-level stakeholder direction into actionable event plans, milestones, deliverables, owners, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed workback plans, trackers, meeting cadences, dependencies, and decision logs.
• Manage multiple programs simultaneously with clear status, risks, decisions, and next steps.
• Coordinate speaker, session owners, content contributors, reviews, approvals, rehearsals, and deadlines.
• Partner with creative, production, marketing, and communications teams on assets and attendee materials.
