Job summary

Sound Investment AV is seeking a Production Coordinator to maintain the Production Schedule, event calendars, and CRM with a single point of accountability for accuracy. You will ensure events are captured, current, and consistent across systems and calendars for New York, Chicago, and Moonlight Studios.

You will regularly review and update dates, times, locations, and statuses, and collaborate with Sales, Producers, and Project Managers to keep information synchronized and ready for production

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously.
• Proven experience coordinating events, timelines, and calendars.
• Ability to extract and reconcile missing or conflicting information across teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy of Production Schedule, event calendars, and CRM.
• Ensure every event is entered and reflected across systems.
• Maintain calendars for NY, Chicago, and Moonlight Studios.
• Coordinate with Sales, Producers, and Project Managers weekly.
• Audit for discrepancies and resolve missing or outdated data.
