Job summary

Men In Blazers Media Network is seeking a Coordinator, Production & Live Events to support the Live Event Production team across our on-site and remote US shoots. You’ll manage logistics, calendars, vendor coordination, and post-event reporting to keep every show on schedule while maintaining high production standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a live event and technical production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to travel domestically with potential for some international travel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Play a supporting role in coordination and logistics for all live shows from kickoff through final delivery.
• Maintain high level documents in the live events Google Drive folders (run of shows, event guides, calendars, tech books).
• Vet venue technical capabilities and communicate production updates and logistics to the venue team.
• Kickstart research for venues, vendors, and hotels.
• Work with design teams to ensure graphics meet signage requirements.
• Oversee VIP check-in, coordinate on-site meals for crew, and serve as point of contact for vendors.
• Provide post-show reporting for ticket sales and attendee records; create post-mortems.
• Coordinate freelance crew logistics (hotel, flights).
• Communicate changes or updates to the larger MiB group and external partners.
• Maintain communications with Partnerships to ensure deliverables are achievable.
• Support budget tracking, purchase orders, invoices, and other admin production needs.
• Add live event dates to production calendars and manage calendar invites with relevant parties.
