Job summary

Sound Investment AV is seeking a Production Coordinator to maintain the Production Schedule, event calendars, and CRM across multiple systems. You will ensure every event is entered accurately, reflect schedules for New York, Chicago, and Moonlight Studios, and verify all dates, times, and locations are complete.

You will proactively identify information gaps, coordinate with Sales, Producers, and Project Managers, and ensure timely updates across all platforms for smooth production workflows.

Qualifications

• Maintains production schedules, event calendars, and CRM across multiple systems.
• Ensures data accuracy and consistency across CRM, production schedule, and calendars.
• Proactively identifies and resolves missing or conflicting information.

Responsibilities

• Enter and reflect every event in CRM, production schedule, and calendars.
• Maintain event calendars for New York, Chicago, and Moonlight Studios.
• Ensure complete dates, times, and locations for all production events.
