EVOTEK in Denver, CO is seeking an experienced Event Manager to plan and execute corporate events that elevate our brand and client loyalty. You will design event concepts, manage budgeting, timelines, and staffing, and ensure seamless on-site execution.

This role requires strong vendor relationships, negotiation skills, and the ability to handle changing requirements. Travel up to 50% and a can-do attitude will help you deliver memorable experiences that align with EVOTEK’s growth goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience planning and managing corporate events.
• Ability to travel; travel can range from 30-50% at times
• Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
• Ability to coordinate with different vendors
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate well with the entire event staff
• Incredibly detail oriented and highly organized, with excellent time management
• Experience in budgeting and vendor negotiations

Responsibilities

• Create event strategies and manage event logistics.
• Plan and manage company events calendar and scheduling.
• Research and secure event venues and negotiate quotes/agreements with vendors.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to achieve event objectives and manage sponsorships.
• Monitor budgets and generate related reports; handle invoicing.
• Develop feedback surveys and process event feedback post-events.
• Provide post-event reporting and analysis to leadership
