Job summary

EVOTEK, a premier digital business enabler in North America, seeks an Event Manager in Oregon to lead conferences and corporate events, shaping the brand experience. You will craft event themes, manage budgets, negotiate with venues and vendors, track registrations, and deliver on event objectives.

Travel 30–50% and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution, accuracy, and post-event reporting. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience planning and managing corporate events.
• Ability to travel; travel can range from 30-50% at times.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to coordinate with different vendors.
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate well with the entire event staff.
• Incredibly detail oriented.
• Amazing time management skills.
• Expert level interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build relationships with event vendors and sponsors.
• Project management experience.
• Highly organized.
• Proficiency in various event management software.
• Risk management experience.

Responsibilities

• Creating event strategies and managing event logistics.
• Planning and managing company events calendar.
• Researching and securing event venues.
• Coordinating with key event stakeholders to ensure all event objectives are achieved.
• Manage event budgets and related reports.
• Brainstorm and implement event plans, concepts and enhancements.
• Maintain budgeting and invoicing for all event-related expenses.
• Liaise and negotiate with vendors.
• Update senior management on all event plans.
• Manage event branding and communication to staff, attendees, and key stakeholders.
• Manage event registration and sponsorship landing pages.
• Ability to problem-solve and find effective solutions when unexpected hurdles or changes occur.
• Developing event feedback surveys and process event feedback following all events.
• Handle all post-event reports.
