The candidate will manage event calendars, source venues, negotiate with vendors, and oversee post-event reporting. Travel of 30–50% may be required, with an emphasis on attention to detail and strong communication across teams.

• 2+ years' experience planning and managing corporate events.
• Ability to travel; travel 30-50% at times.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
• Strong communication with event staff and vendors.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
