Job summary

Bright Event Rentals is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing strategies for non-asset purchasing across locations. You will manage supplier relationships, drive cost efficiencies, and implement procurement standards to support day-to-day operations of events and productions.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience.
• Experience in event rentals, hospitality, furniture, manufacturing, retail, or related industries strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success negotiating large supplier contracts and managing multi-location procurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a procurement plan aligned with company growth and service standards.
• Lead sourcing for maintenance supplies, consumables, packaging, uniforms, and other operational materials.
• Build long-term vendor partnerships that support quality, reliability, and cost control.
• Establish procurement policies, standards, and best practices across locations.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, terms, and service levels.
• Manage supplier performance including quality, delivery reliability, and responsiveness.
• Track procurement KPIs including cost savings and purchasing efficiency.
• Collaborate with warehouse, maintenance, and showroom teams for operational alignment.
