Columbia Threadneedle Investments is seeking a Sales Specialist for ETFs to partner with financial advisors and guide ETF account sales. You will deliver product knowledge, competitive analysis, and sales strategies across BD, RIA, Private Bank and Independent channels.

The role requires 5–7 years in financial services and 3+ years in sales, with ETF knowledge and appropriate licenses. Travel 10–20% is expected, and remote work is supported for LA or SF regions.

Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years in financial services industry.
• 3+ years sales experience.
• Knowledge of ETFs and ETF trading.
• Licensing requirements: Series 7/66 or Series 7/63/65.

Aufgaben

• Represent ETF products distributed by Columbia Threadneedle. Build relationships with advisors across BD, RIA, Private Bank and Independent channels.
• Partner with Intermediary wholesaling team to reach sales goals using a consultative sales process.
• Maintain deep understanding of distributor accounts and engagement rules to tailor client solutions.
