Job summary

Vomela Company, a full-service visual communications firm, seeks a detail‑oriented estimator to collaborate with customer service, sales, vendors and production to prepare accurate material and labor estimates and guide the manufacturing workflow.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, estimating experience in printing or promotional marketing, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Job planning/Estimating experience in a printing or promotional marketing business
• Conscientious self-starter
• MS Office proficient (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to build and establish business relationships
• Strong organization skills with attention to detail while managing multiple tasks under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Energetic, positive, and customer-service oriented

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customer service, sales, vendors and production in a fast paced, creative environment
• Provide accurate and competitive estimates and job plans including; Developing, implementing and estimating complex projects within time and cost constraints
• Ongoing cross-functional communication
• Prioritize and coordinate incoming work
• Understand project specifications
• Work with customer service and account executives to identify workable production solutions for challenging projects
• Communicate and coordinate with other service locations nationally as well as subcontractors and vendors to ensure a quality product within time restrictions
• Other duties as assigned
