Job summary

Vomela Company, a full-service visual communications firm, seeks an estimator to collaborate with customer service, sales, vendors and production to develop accurate project plans and timelines. This role ensures materials and labor details are clear to meet client deliverables and streamline manufacturing workflow.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, experience in job planning and estimating in printing or promotional marketing, and strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

Pay Range: $60 - 70,000 USD/annually

Job Summary

This role works directly with customer service, sales, vendors and production to produce a comprehensive graphic solution in a timely and accurate manner. This role is integral in preparing all the need material and labor information to ensure a client’s deliverables are achieved and that the manufacturing workflow is made aware of all the steps to produce, and ship expected product.

What You'll Do...

• Work directly with customer service, sales, vendors and production in a fast paced, creative environment
• Provide accurate and competitive estimates and job plans including;
  • Developing, implementing and estimating complex projects within time and cost constraints
  • Ongoing cross-functional communication
  • Prioritize and coordinate incoming work
  • Understand project specifications
• Work with customer service and account executives to identify workable production solutions for challenging projects
• Communicate and coordinate with other service locations nationally as well as subcontractors and vendors to ensure a quality product within time restrictions.
• Other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring...
