Job summary

Vomela is hiring a detail-oriented estimator to work with customer service, sales, vendors and production to craft comprehensive graphic solutions. You will prepare all necessary material and labor information to meet client deliverables and streamline manufacturing workflow.

The role emphasizes developing, implementing and estimating complex projects, maintaining clear cross-functional communication, and prioritizing workloads while ensuring schedules are met and budgets respected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Job planning/Estimating experience in a printing or promotional marketing business.
• Conscientious self-starter.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Able to build and establish business relationships.
• Strong organization skills with impeccable attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• High energy, positive and upbeat with passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customer service, sales, vendors and production in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Provide accurate and competitive estimates and job plans, including development and estimating of complex projects within time and cost constraints.
• Ongoing cross-functional communication.
• Prioritize and coordinate incoming work.
• Understand project specifications.
• Collaborate with account executives to identify workable production solutions for challenging projects.
• Coordinate with service locations nationwide, subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality products within deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned.
