Job summary

Vomela Company, a full-service visual communications firm, seeks an estimator to collaborate with customer service, sales, vendors and production to develop accurate project plans and timelines. This role ensures materials and labor details are clear to meet client deliverables and streamline manufacturing workflow.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, experience in job planning and estimating in printing or promotional marketing, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Job planning/Estimating experience in printing or promotional marketing.
• Conscientious self-starter.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and ability to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customer service, sales, vendors and production in a fast paced environment.
• Provide accurate estimates and job plans within time and cost constraints.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication and prioritize incoming work.
• Identify workable production solutions for challenging projects.
• Communicate with service locations nationally and with subcontractors/vendors.
