Job summary

AMC is seeking an experienced Estimator in Emmaus, PA to translate drawings into accurate, competitive bids for architectural millwork and casework. You’ll review specs, scopes, and addenda, quantify materials and labor, and help set project direction.

You’ll collaborate with Project Management and Production to protect margins, issue clear proposals, and manage multiple bids with precision. A strong eye for detail and proficiency with Excel, Revu, and estimating software are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating architectural millwork, commercial casework, custom cabinetry, woodworking, or related construction preferred.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, details, and finish schedules.
• Proficiency with wood products, veneers, laminates, solid surfaces, hardware, finishing, fabrication, and installation.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specs, schedules, addenda to determine scope, gaps, and risk.
• Prepare complete estimates for architectural millwork, commercial casework, solid surfaces, hardware, finishes, delivery, and installation.
