Job summary

Nox Group seeks a visionary VP of Estimating to lead the RMCI and related entities. You will set enterprise-wide estimating strategy, standards, and best practices while guiding Chief Estimators across markets and fostering high-performing teams.

You will oversee detailed cost estimates for complex projects, shape pricing strategies for strategic pursuits, and collaborate with executives to win opportunities and elevate profitability.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in construction estimating
• Minimum 7 years in a senior leadership or executive role
• Experience leading large-scale estimating operations across multiple markets
• Industrial construction exposure (data centers, manufacturing, semiconductor, water/wastewater) preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide estimating strategy and standards
• Provide executive oversight of cost estimates for major projects
• Direct allocation of estimating resources by priorities
• Review estimates, bids, and pricing strategies for pursuits
• Partner with leadership on client engagement and grow client relationships
• Drive process improvements and new technologies in estimating
