Job summary

Nox Group is seeking a Chief Estimator to lead the estimating team and drive accurate, competitive cost estimates for complex construction projects. You will mentor staff, coordinate with VPEs, PMs, engineers, and architects to gather information and ensure timely bid submissions.

This role emphasizes contract review, risk management, and continuous process improvements to support new work and profitability in a fast-growing US organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in construction estimating.
• At least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven history of estimating and securing large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the estimating team to high performance.
• Oversee detailed cost estimates for projects including labor, materials, equipment.
• Coordinate with VPEs, project managers, engineers, and architects.
• Ensure that all estimates are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Review contracts and front-end documents for accuracy.
