Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in construction estimating.

• Proficient in estimating software and strong cost awareness.

Aufgaben

• Prepare estimates for projects and bid packages with guidance from management.
• Review plans, specs, and docs to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Provide administrative support to estimating and preconstruction efforts.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and support cost model processes.
• Collaborate with preconstruction, operations and stakeholders.
• Assist in submitting comprehensive bid packages in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends and estimation best practices.
