Job summary

EPIC is seeking an ERSEA Specialist to lead agency-wide implementation of eligibility, recruitment, selection, enrollment, and attendance for Head Start, Early Head Start, and ECEAP programs. You will oversee a five-person team and ensure accurate ERSEA records, while coordinating outreach to achieve full enrollment.

Qualifications

• :Bachelor’s degree in human services, early childhood education, public administration, or related field.
• :Three years of enrollment, eligibility, family services, or related program experience.
• :Two years of experience supervising staff or leading a team.
• :Experience monitoring data and maintaining accurate records.
• :Experience with ELMS and ChildPlus preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ERSEA practices across all EPIC programs and sites.
• Supervise a team of five including Intake/Outreach Manager, Enrollment Managers, and Enrollment Coordinators.
• Monitor enrollment and attendance data and address gaps.
• Coordinate recruitment and outreach strategies to achieve full enrollment.
• Ensure compliance with Head Start, ECEAP, and McKinney-Vento requirements.
