Job summary

Attain Partners is a strategic consulting firm seeking a seasoned thinker to lead engagements across enterprise transformation, technology strategy, and organizational readiness. This role emphasizes cloud ERP readiness (Workday or Oracle) in the public sector, shaping the vision rather than performing implementations.

You will guide client strategy with executives, align technology with mission, and drive meaningful change, collaborating across practices and supporting growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management or consulting experience with ERP-related projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to synthesize complex information.
• Knowledge of Workday or Oracle with demonstrated projects in Finance, HCM, or Student.
• Experience with mission-driven organizations (higher ed, nonprofit, public sector) preferred.
• Ability to lead client engagements independently and collaboratively.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic engagements across enterprise transformation, IT modernization, and organizational design.
• Guide ERP readiness and advisory activities within broader transformation efforts.
• Shape client strategy by defining vision and aligning investments with mission outcomes.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment through workshops and executive briefings.
• Drive implementation execution coordinating design, data validation, testing and change management.
• Advise with leading practice, facilitating decision making and deriving benefits.
• Collaborate across ERP, Salesforce, data services, change management and strategy teams.
• Contribute to practice growth through methodology development, proposals and business development.
