Job summary

Vacuum Process Engineering, Inc. seeks a Scheduler to fully implement the transition of an ERP system and support ERP engagement processes and production reporting.

You will collaborate with Sales, Production, and Quality to ensure materials readiness and on-time delivery for assigned jobs, while maintaining WIP schedules and resource demands. This role requires strong scheduling, data-mining, and ERP tools proficiency, with the ability to communicate schedule changes and risks across

Qualifications

• AA degree in Business or related field; 2–5 years scheduling experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred; minimum five years in scheduling.
• Minimum eight years’ scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and report material and capacity conflicts with respect to availability and order-promising integrity.
• Maintain ERP schedules; detect bottlenecks and early schedule risks.
• Schedule raw materials, components, and services to meet demand and release dates.
• Plan, schedule, and release Production WIP travelers per time and resource constraints.
• Provide delivery dates to support sales, order acknowledgements and project start-up.
