Vacuum Process Engineering, Inc. seeks a Scheduler to fully implement the transition of an ERP system and support ERP engagement processes and production reporting.
You will collaborate with Sales, Production, and Quality to ensure materials readiness and on-time delivery for assigned jobs, while maintaining WIP schedules and resource demands. This role requires strong scheduling, data-mining, and ERP tools proficiency, with the ability to communicate schedule changes and risks across
Develop and fully implement transition of ERP system. Collaborate with key members to support the implementation of the ERP system including producing ERP engagement processes and procedures. Collaborate with scheduling to tune the desired ERP output reports. Data mine and maintain spreadsheets as appropriate for those areas where standard ERP reports are insufficient. Collaborate with project managers to make certain that all materials are ready for production on assigned jobs per schedule information. Provide resource demands for Production work centers.

degree from two-year college or university with a major in Business or related field and two to five years related experience as Scheduler.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of ERP software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
Current Driver’s License
Minimum five years’ experience working in Manufacturing
Minimum eight years’ experience in scheduling
Understanding dynamics of low volume, high mix Manufacturing
