Job summary

Leupold & Stevens, a Beaverton, Oregon-based leader in optics, seeks a Senior ERP Business Analyst for Manufacturing & Planning to lead ERP initiatives, SDLC oversight, and data-driven decision support. The role centers on Oracle EBS, planning systems, and manufacturing execution.

Responsibilities include requirements development, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering scalable solutions to optimize plant operations and supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in MIS, CS, Business Operations, or a relevant field with a minimum of 10 years of demonstrated SDLC experience with full lifecycle IT projects, including waterfall and agile projects
• Minimum 5+ years hands on experience with ERP systems in a discrete manufacturing environment
• Understanding of BOMs, routers, PIM, constraint-based planning, demand and inventory planning, manufacturing execution, cost accounting and material handling
• Experience managing software vendor service requests & production support escalation
• Advanced knowledge of Visio, Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft O365 tools

Responsibilities

• Leveraging expert knowledge in supporting full lifecycle of projects through the SDLC including IT planning, defining functional and technical specifications, and SDLC management
• Supporting Requirements Development by conducting interviews and workshops with Engineers, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, and cost accounting teams
• Researching, analyzing, modeling information for developing requirements; decomposing high-level information to distinguish solution ideas from business needs
• Facilitating requirements validation sessions and presenting findings to management and stakeholders; resolving conflicts
• Collaborating to define best approaches and decision frameworks for alternative business solutions analyses
