Job summary

Resonetics is seeking a Planning Systems Analyst to support ERP-based planning and data integrity across manufacturing operations. You will work with site planners and supply chain to maintain item master data, BOMs, routings, and work centers while applying LEAN principles.

A 2+ year background in supply chain or planning, ERP experience, and a Bachelor's degree are preferred; travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or systems role.
• Foundational understanding of production planning and materials management.
• ERP system experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, collaboration and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain planning-related data in ERP systems, including item master data, BOMs, routings, and work centers.
• Support execution of planning processes, including material planning and production scheduling inputs.
• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from site planning teams.
• Support testing and deployment of planning system enhancements and updates.
• Analyze and resolve routine planning system issues, escalating complex issues as appropriate.
• Maintain documentation, including work instructions and planning process procedures.
• Support development and maintenance of reports and dashboards for planning visibility.
• Assist in applying LEAN principles to planning and procurement processes.
• Provide basic support and guidance to planners on system functionality and processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across planning functions.
