Job summary

Leupold + Stevens, Inc. is seeking a Senior ERP Business Analyst for Manufacturing & Planning, based in Beaverton, OR. The role focuses on ERP systems, planning and production support using Oracle E-Business Suite, Logility, and BI tools.

Bring strong SDLC leadership and a data-driven mindset to optimize manufacturing processes and inventory management. You will collaborate with engineering, planning, procurement, and cost accounting teams to define requirements, map processes, and drive system

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of SDLC experience with full lifecycle IT projects.
5+ years hands-on ERP experience in discrete manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and planning/manufacturing concepts.
Ability to lead requirements discussions and translate to IT solutions.
Experience with data modeling, SDLC documentation and testing.

Responsibilities

Support full lifecycle of IT projects within ERP, planning, and manufacturing systems.
Lead requirements gathering, workshops, and validation with engineers and planning teams.
Develop functional/technical specs and testing plans.
Enable data-driven decisions using Oracle EBS data and Power BI.
Collaborate to resolve stakeholder requirements and design improvements.
