Job summary

Sensience is a leading global manufacturer of sensing, control, and sealing components, seeking an Oracle EBS Functional Lead in Columbus, OH. You will partner with Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, and Inventory teams to optimize and expand Oracle EBS, enabling scalable, governed processes.

You will bridge business and technology, lead workshops, define configurations, and support upgrades while driving continuous improvement across S&OP, MRP, Inventory, procurement, and related operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years ERP experience in manufacturing or supply chain.
• 5+ years Oracle EBS functional experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and business process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary IT liaison for Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, Procurement, and Inventory Management functions.
• Lead functional workstreams for Oracle-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create business process maps, functional specs, user stories, test scenarios, and UAT plans.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and validation activities to ensure requirements are met.
• Provide Level 2/3 functional support for Oracle EBS supply chain processes and related issues.
