Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, PM or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 15+ years in large-scale equipment or fabrication project execution.
• Proven enterprise-level execution strategies with commercial exposure.

Responsibilities

• Establish and own strategic execution framework for complex equipment packages.
• Oversee strategies integrating maturity, manufacturing readiness and procurement risk.
• Govern configuration management and change control across functions.
• Provide governance on design-for-manufacturing and cost/schedule impacts.
• Approve readiness assessments prior to awards and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Deliver executive reporting, risk forecasts and scenario planning for leadership.
