Job summary

X Energy, LLC in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Execution Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of equipment packages from design through delivery. You will drive schedules, budgets, and technical requirements while maintaining SHEQS adherence.

The role requires collaboration with Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality teams, proactive risk management, and executive-level reporting on status, costs, and schedule to the Project Management Team and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related technical field.
• Typically demonstrated by 10 plus yrs of relevant experience.
• Experience managing technical, equipment-related, or manufacturing/fabrication projects.
• Strong understanding of equipment design, fabrication, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, budgets, risks, and complex technical interfaces.
• Proficiency with project management tools, reporting systems, and documentation practices.
• Strong communication skills with ability to provide executive-level reporting.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of assigned equipment packages.
• Ensure on-schedule and on-budget delivery with quality and regulatory compliance.
• Manage change management processes and FOAK concepts.
• Align with manufacturing, transportation, installation, and commissioning teams.
• Provide status, risk, cost, and schedule reporting to PM Team and Director.
