Job summary

X-Energy, Inc. seeks a Senior Execution Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of highly complex equipment packages in Houston or Gaithersburg. You will drive schedule, budget, and SHEQS compliance from concept through handover, overseeing cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.

You will provide executive-level reporting, manage risks and changes, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and quality to ensure on-time delivery and safe operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in complex technical/project execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, PM, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven leadership in large-scale FOAK or complex packages.
• Experience with procurement, supply chain, engineering, quality, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex, high-criticity equipment packages.
• Ensure alignment with schedule, budget, and SHEQS requirements.
• Provide executive-level reporting on costs, risks, and performance.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, quality, and project controls.
• Manage Change, risk mitigation, and recovery plans.
• Lead high-impact project meetings and supplier negotiations.
