Job summary

Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT) in Springfield, IL seeks an experienced Enterprise Portfolio Manager for the EPMO to appraise, plan, and redesign enterprise IT processes and reporting. You will supervise IT project teams and align roadmaps with strategic goals, acting as a DoIT Product Owner and ensuring delivery excellence.

Qualified candidates will have a four-year MIS/IT degree, 4 years IT admin experience, 3 years supervising staff, and PMP certification is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Four years of college with MIS/IT coursework.
• Four years of progressively responsible IT admin experience.
• Three years of supervising IT professionals.
• PM professional certification preferred (PMP).

Responsibilities

• Act as Enterprise Portfolio Manager for the DoIT EPMO.
• Plan, coordinate, and align portfolio management strategies.
• Direct IT project teams and supervise project delivery.
• Guide backlog, product ownership, and stakeholder alignment.
