Job summary
Illinois Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT) is hiring an Enterprise Portfolio Manager for Unit D in the EPMO. You will appraise, plan, and redesign enterprise controls, manage resources, deliver service reporting, and align portfolios with strategic IT investments.
You will also serve as a Product Owner and supervise staff, guiding product roadmaps and development across agencies. The role requires heavy collaboration with executives, managers, and stakeholders to ensure delivery of
Qualifications
- Four-year college degree in an IT-related field.
- Four years of progressively responsible IT administration experience.
- Three years of professional IT supervision experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as Enterprise Portfolio Manager for DoIT's EPMO Unit D.
- Plan, appraise, and redesign enterprise business controls and reporting.
- Own and prioritize product backlog; guide Scrum teams and product development.
- Supervise IT project teams and align portfolio roadmaps with agency goals.
- Lead process engineering initiatives and promote enterprise-wide adoption.
