Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases is seeking aSales Manager to drive growth in the EPC market. You will lead account relationships, develop territory plans and coordinate with Technical Sales and Applications teams to translate customer needs into competitive proposals.

The role emphasizes early project engagement, value-based selling, and travel across North America to support opportunity development and contract awards. A strong engineering or business background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Selling technical products to EPC companies or project-driven customers.
• Experience managing complex accounts and long sales cycles.
• Ability to explain product value in commercial terms.
• Experience coordinating with technical teams on proposals.
• Strong commercial judgment, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial relationships with assigned EPC accounts and engage across engineering, procurement, project management and leadership teams.
• Develop and execute account and territory plans to grow existing relationships and win new customers.
• Identify upcoming projects and position products for consideration, specification and approved supplier status.
• Understand customer priorities, purchasing processes, project schedules and competitive positioning.
• Present clear value propositions connecting product capabilities to customer benefits, including lifecycle cost and project execution.
• This role requires periodic travel to customer and company sites across North America.
