Burns & McDonnell is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive sales for ENV engineering and construction services. You will lead client engagements, build strategic plans, and coordinate national teams to win complex environmental projects.

The role emphasizes relationship building with senior clients, pursuit planning, and leadership of seller-doer teams, with a focus on growth in the environmental sector.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with executives and peers.
• Proven ability to develop sales or business plans and drive results.
• Experience leading multi-discipline teams in BD or proposals.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close service agreements.

Responsibilities
