Job summary

Geosyntec Consultants, Inc. in Tennessee seeks a Senior or Principal Practice Leader to oversee environmental engineering and consulting projects across our Tennessee offices (Chattanooga, Knoxville, Johnson City, or Nashville) with a hybrid work option.

Lead business development, client management, and project delivery across real estate, manufacturing, legal, and municipal sectors. Required are 8+ years of environmental consulting experience, strong BD and proposal leadership, and excellent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree environmental science, chemistry, earth science, environmental, civil, or chemical engineering (required).
• Advanced degree in related field (preferred).
• Professional registration (e.g. P.G. or P.E.) (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage tasks and projects, including investigation and remediation, budgeting, and schedule adherence with quality and profitability focus.
• Lead business development and proposals, and maintain client relationships for repeat business.
• Develop site-specific mitigation, remedial, and closure strategies for complex projects, including brownfields redevelopments.
