Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences or related field.
• 12 years of progressively responsible project management experience.
• 6 years of leadership in consulting/environmental services.
• Experience developing and sustaining PM standards across a distributed organization.
• Proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary projects with high quality and client service.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and PM performance skills.
• Excellent communication to executives, clients, project teams, and technical staff.
• Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Experience leading organizational change initiatives and process improvements.
• Willingness to travel 1-2 times per quarter.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic initiatives and drive PM consistency across the subregion.
• Implement and maintain PM standards, processes, tools, and templates.
• Strengthen cross-discipline collaboration across all offices within the subregion.
• Champion cross-discipline communication to ensure tools and processes are understood and used.
• Lead change management for PM practices and tools, focusing on engagement and adoption.
• Drive continuous improvement and PM training for the subregion.
• Track PM Plans and support PMs in development and implementation.
• Identify and track KPIs to support growth and performance.
• Assist Operations with recruiting, onboarding, mentoring PMs.
• Oversee large, complex multidisciplinary projects with a 50% productivity goal.
