Job summary

Ward Getz & Associates LLC (WGA) seeks an experienced Environmental Compliance Manager, Senior Specialist, or Senior Scientist with at least 7 years of environmental compliance experience to support and expand our services for industrial, municipal, and construction clients across Texas and the United States.

The successful candidate will lead risk-based programs, ensure adherence to EPA and TCEQ regulations, mentor junior staff, and manage multiple projects with tight schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field.
• 7+ years in environmental compliance consulting, industry, or government.
• Strong knowledge of EPA and TCEQ regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage environmental compliance programs for industrial, municipal, and construction clients.
• Prepare SWPPPs, SWQMPs, SPCC and SWMPs.
• Oversee Texas stormwater permitting (MS4, MSGP, CGP).
• Lead air permitting, emissions inventories, and regulatory reporting.
• Conduct audits and prepare clients for inspections.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development.
