Job summary

Ward Getz & Associates LLC (WGA) seeks a Project Manager to join our Site Development team in Houston or The Woodlands. You will lead single-family development projects, coordinating engineers and staff to deliver best-in-class results for clients.

You will manage timelines, budgets, QA/QC, and mentor junior staff while building strong relationships with clients and public authorities. A BS in Civil/Environmental or Water Resources Engineering and Texas PE are preferred.

Qualifications

• ±5 years of Civil design experience with team/client management.
• Knowledge of design and construction practices to support project delivery.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and public agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of engineers and staff to deliver single-family development projects.
• Coordinate client timelines, budgets, and schedules effectively.
• Contribute to design/production standards to maintain technical excellence.
• Mentor junior staff and lead proposals, scopes of work and cost estimates.
• Manage engineering planning, design, estimating, contracting, and construction phases.
• Prepare reports and communicate project information to stakeholders.
• Represent WGA in client and industry meetings; build professional relationships.
