You will lead cross-functional teams, define roadmaps, and ensure delivery of EH&S applications such as Enablon and Cority while balancing governance and business value.

The role requires strong leadership, deep regulatory knowledge, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable technology plans and executive communications for senior

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in information technology or related fields.
• Five of those years must include EH&S, operations, refining, pipelines, or regulated industrial environments.
• Experience with EH&S platforms and IT governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT business partner for EH&S and build relationships with leaders.
• Define business outcomes, document requirements, and develop roadmaps for environmental compliance and safety.
• Lead EH&S IT initiatives from intake to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Provide ownership for EH&S applications like Enablon and Cority, ensuring governance and support.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver secure, scalable IT solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and data flows.
• Ensure governance and compliance of EH&S data and cybersecurity requirements.
• Develop executive-ready communications and investment materials.
• Lead adoption and knowledge transfer with project teams and support resources.
• Ensure IT portfolio delivery and sustainability.
