Job summary

Princess Cruises, part of Carnival Corporation & plc, is seeking a Project Manager to support the Vice President, Entertainment. You will drive strategic priorities, manage initiatives, and produce executive-level documents, dashboards, and reference materials.

In-office role in Seattle, WA, with Friday as a work-from-home option. 5+ years in project management and high-quality written communications are required; PMP preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in project management, strategic operations, or senior leadership support.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality written and strategic documents with minimal editing.
  • Experience building and managing operational tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and judgment.
  • Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
  • Preferred: cruise line, hospitality, or entertainment familiarity; familiarity with SharePoint/Airtable.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a current view of active Entertainment Department initiatives and ensure alignment with strategy.
  • Partner with VP to translate objectives into action plans with ownership and milestones.
  • Identify gaps between strategy and execution and support course corrections.
  • Prepare summaries, progress updates, and management briefings for VP and senior leadership.
  • Coordinate projects within the VP portfolio, track status, ownership, and blockers.
  • Develop tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for leadership oversight.
  • Draft and manage professional communications on behalf of department leadership.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including HR, Hotel Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain.
