Princess Cruises, a world-leading premium cruise line, seeks an amazing Sr. Specialist, Strategic Projects for its Miami office.

This role supports strategic initiatives within Strategic Analytics and reports to the Manager, Strategic Projects. You will build and maintain documentation, project plans, and operational infrastructure, coordinate with onboard shipboard and shoreside teams, travel to ships as needed, and escalate when scope or budget requires it.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, project execution, or related analytical field (hospitality/travel preferred).
• Experience developing process documentation, playbooks, or operating procedures.
• Ability to travel periodically to ships as needed to support execution.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with significant financial impact.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with minimal oversight.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-to-action capability.
• Experience translating undocumented processes into structured documentation.
• Advanced project management skills across multiple initiatives.
• Comfort building relationships with senior stakeholders, including when a manager is not present.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior audiences.
• Adaptability and resourcefulness in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in travel/hospitality industries preferred.
• This position is Hybrid with four in-office days per week (Mon–Thu).
• Starting in 2028, will continue Mon–Thu in the new Miami HQ area.

Responsibilities

• Documentation & Process Development: draft and maintain playbooks, SOPs, and procedures.
• Plan & Timeline Maintenance: build and monitor project plans, timelines, milestones, and trackers.
• Execution & Stakeholder Coordination: support strategic initiatives and travel to ships as needed; coordinate with onboard and shoreside teams.
• Continuous Improvement: feed lessons learned into SOPs and governance documents; scale documentation and tools.
