Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Enterprise Transformation Execution to drive day-to-day delivery of enterprise transformation workplans and governance. You will coordinate across business, operations, technology, digital, product, clinical, finance, and compliance to land commitments on time.

As a senior individual contributor, you will shape agendas, manage executive forums, and ensure adoption of the Service Model north star while working with the Service Operations Transformation PMO.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, operations, transformation, program management, consulting, or business performance.
• Proven success leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
• End-to-end program management from planning to adoption.
• Strong executive communication and influence without formal authority.
• Experience presenting to senior executives.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
