Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Enterprise Transformation Execution to own and drive enterprise change programs. You’ll manage end-to-end transformation workplans, governance, and executive forums, coordinating across business, operations, technology, digital, product, clinical, finance, compliance and external partners.

Leveraging a background in strategy, PMO leadership, and senior stakeholder influence, you’ll ensure milestones land on time and are adopted across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, operations, transformation, or program management.
• Proven success leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations.
• End-to-end program delivery with governance, milestones and adoption.
• Influence at senior levels without direct authority; senior individual contributor.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation to senior leaders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
