Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years’ work experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 11 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 7 years’ work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven leadership skills.
• Demonstrated cognitive bandwidth.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams through large-scale transformational change initiatives.
• Manage governance frameworks to align with the bank strategy.
